1) Valuation Report – This is a straightforward valuation of the property based upon a limited inspection of the premises.

2) RICS ‘Homebuyer’ Report – This provides a more detailed inspection of the property, and also contains a valuation and an insurance reinstatement cost figure.

3) Building Survey – This examines the property in greater detail still, but unless specifically requested as an additional service, does not provide a valuation of the property.
