Our Yorkshire based practice is able to provide prompt professional advice in relation to the above fields, and business is conducted within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Code of Conduct.

Our aim is to build relationships with clients where they can feel able to contact the Practice for informal advice as necessary, without the formality and impersonality often associated with larger practices, and for there to be a senior point of contact for all work undertaken.

Robert MacLachlan heads the Practice, having 30 years experience gained nationally advising many major and household name clients for a variety of purposes, across a wide range of property types.

With our extensive experience providing Valuations, Surveys, Lease and Rent Reviews, Business Rate Advice and Dilapidation issues, we are confident that we will provide a professional and personal service to cater for all your property needs.
